By registering for a course through ARK Training Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Payment
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully received.
Course availability is limited and based on class capacity. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information when completing their purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All course registrations are final and non-refundable.
Once a registration is purchased, ARK Training Group commits resources, instructors, travel arrangements, facilities, and other expenses based on the number of registered participants.
For this reason:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Registrations cannot be transferred to another course or date.
- Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual unless specifically approved by ARK Training Group.
- Failure to attend a scheduled course does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Please review the course date, time, location, requirements, and availability carefully before completing your purchase.
Course Changes or Cancellations by ARK Training Group
ARK Training Group reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a course when necessary due to instructor availability, weather, facility issues, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
If ARK Training Group cancels or reschedules a course, registered participants will be contacted regarding the available options.
Participant Requirements
Participants are responsible for reviewing all course requirements before registering, including any equipment, experience, age, documentation, eligibility, or other requirements listed for the course.
Failure to meet published course requirements may result in the participant being unable to participate.
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Safety & Conduct
All participants must follow instructor directions and all safety rules at all times.
ARK Training Group reserves the right to remove any participant from a course if their behavior, actions, equipment, or conduct creates a safety concern or disrupts the training environment.
Participants removed from a course for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Equipment & Personal Property
Participants are responsible for bringing all required equipment identified in the course description.
ARK Training Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to a training course.
Liability Waiver
All participants are required to complete and sign a separate liability waiver and release for each class they attend.
The waiver must be completed before participation in the course.
Completing a website registration or agreeing to these Terms & Conditions does not replace the separate liability waiver required for participation.
Photography & Media
ARK Training Group may photograph or record portions of training events for instructional, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or video should notify ARK Training Group before the course begins.
Website & Payment Processing
Payments made through the website are processed through third-party payment providers.
ARK Training Group does not guarantee uninterrupted website or payment processing availability and is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by third-party systems or services.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a course registration and checking the Terms & Conditions acknowledgment during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund and no-transfer policy.
ARK Training Group reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
